Please Attached The Following Documents
- Attached CNIC, B-Form OR Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
- Applicant (Self, father OR Brother) Dhoraji Association Membership Card (DA-00000).
- Copy of Electricity & Gas Bill.
- Must attached guarantor CNIC & Dhoraji Association Membership Card.
- Attached MCR Driving Licence.
- Census Form.
- The application has to submit a cheques of two guarantors.
Terms & Condition
- According to Committee criteria, Dhoraji association will help peoples.
- Dhoraji Association has full right to Rejected any application without any reason.
- Applicant is belongs to dhoraji community so He will fill the form own its name. If he do not belongs to dhoraji community & its wife are Daughter of Dhoraji (DD) so She will fill the form Own its name.
- The form has to be submitted with in 15 days when it is issue.
- Dhoraji Association will contact you after submitting the form.
